Eating low-carb, keto, high-protein, carnivore, calorie deficit or doing something else entirely? While these challenges started out strictly keto, they’ve evolved to become far more inclusive. This challenge is flexible to meet you where you are at as it focuses on far more than ‘just what goes in your mouth’.
Perfect for that ever-important encouragement and support.
We’ll be starting on the 3rd August and going through ’til the 13th September. This group is a space where it all connects – improving your eating together with motivation and inspiration, a safe community, habits and personal accountability, support and encouragement, connection, challenge – supporting you to change your life! It will continue to have a low-carb slant – and if you want to eat keto, it will still have all the dedicated resources, guides, and support you need to start or revive your keto journey.
This is THE 6-week Challenge for those who want to join an amazing, smaller, close-knit community to share your journey whilst being challenged, motivated, encouraged and supported.
It’s a place to call “home”.

This is my OWN keto journey to lose about 10kg over about 4 months in 2025 – The journey hasn’t finished, but my life has utterly changed My blood pressure’s become normal, and I feel so, so much better and easier to move. More importantly, this is now sustainable long term, no more “cheating”, “falling off the wagon”, plus I’m in such a better space mentally, with moving and overall life. Now, in 2026, a year later, I’m over 14kg down, motivated, and gently making changes across my life.

But what actually happens? The challenges fuse together your chosen style of eating with the core mindset and daily habits that drive long-term success and momentum (and for many, weight loss). We’ve got a weekly check-in (some kind of reflection, along with sharing your weight if you want to) and then and daily challenges designed to be completely flexible. Some examples of the daily challenges may be to move for 10 mins, “change one thing about your eating that fits your goals today” think about setting rewards when you hit milestones, or do something for self-care – Along with a whole lot of eating-related ones throughout.
I’ve seen different challenge names… What are they? Don’t worry—the core structure you love stays the same! I like to change up the names and themes as the challenges evolve to keep things exciting. The May challenge is the Motivate Challenge. I typically rotate between a couple of different styles throughout the year (previously known as Fusion and Momentum). This ensures that if you choose to sign up for consecutive challenges, you get a fresh mix of daily focuses and challenges to work on, rather than just repeating the exact same things!
For August 2026, this is very similar to the Fusion Challenge from Feb and August 2025 if you participated in that. At the moment, I have two challenges. Feb and August are very similar, as are May and October.
