This group starts on Monday 1st December (but gently starts when it opens on the 24th November).

This is Summer Support – A lighter, relaxed way to stay connected, encouraged, and on track for 12 weeks over the summer months. It’s designed to give you steady support, simple inspiration and gentle challenges that you can adjust up or down depending on how busy (or chilled!) your summer ahead looks.

We’ll be officially starting on the 1st December – but join ASAP as it’ll be up and going a few days before.  We’ll go through til the 23rd Feb.  It’s more flexible than the 6-week challenges we’ve done – there will be a challenge/options for the week (and one for the weekend) plus a little more, along with the most amazing community to help you develop or stay connected with your habits while still enjoying everything summer has to offer. Perfect whether you are eating keto, low-carb (or even just trying to eat “well”) to give you that accountability, support, inspiration, and encouragement. 

This is the place for those who want to join an amazing, smaller, and close-knit community to share their keto journey while being challenged, motivated, encouraged, and supported.

  • A group with limited numbers, but there is a chance there may be up to 350 members (as we have a previous challenge group who’s joining this one too) – We don’t want to have the biggest community in the world. We want to create the most supportive, most connecting and most motivational community (but still enough people to have fantastic conversations and motivation!)
  • A flexible challenge/group – Suitable whether you’ve been eating keto for a while or are 100% brand new, and the individual challenges can be made easier or harder, depending on your ability and time etc. If you are brand new, there will be some self-directed learning to understand keto. 
  • A place where it’s ok to share a few times a day OR not post at all if you want the silent motivation. Somewhere you can do every single things I post…or only some  – or even no challenges and use it for accountability (depending on your time and motivation).

There will a flexi-challenge posted for the week and for the weekend, plus a few extra posts each week to support and have a space for chatting with each other. One of our members answered it beautifully from the participant perspective too. “You can engage as much or as little as you want, but it’s designed to help you maintain a keto lifestyle (or even just moving towards eating well and low carb, or maintaining) by thinking about and making small changes a step at a time. The aim is to help you achieve your goals

  • Add 20 minutes of movement to your day.
  • Eat without distractions such as tv, music or phones.”

This is my keto journey to lose about 10kg over about 4 months in 2025 – The journey hasn’t finished, but my life has utterly changed  I also had my blood pressure become normal, and I feel so, so much better and easier to move. More importantly, this is now sustainable long term, no more “cheating”, “falling off the wagon” and I’m in such a better space mentally, with moving and overall life.

What this isn’t: 

  • It is not an overwhelming challenge – You can make it fit your lifestyle whether it’s busy, peaceful, whether you can exercise or not!  If you are brand new to keto, it’s worth being aware that the first week does have a bit more info. Move into it slowly, you don’t have to go from 0-100 in a day. There are challenges for the week, and another for the weekend, and messages for these and the posts probably about 5-6 days a week (but again, they are super manageable!). It doesn’t matter if you can’t join in on day one, or need to go away during the challenge. We EXPECT people will have some time off during the summer – That’s not a problem, and we have strategies to manage it. 
  • Not as intense as the daily ones in the 6 week challenge – This is not a sprint, but a longer, often winding path through Summer… And this is to support you in staying on the path you want to follow. Hannah will have times she isn’t around during the challenge due to the family holiday period. 
  • Is not challenge with a specific meal plan – But, there is lots of support given to help you create one that you love (plus, there are free meal plans suggested if you would prefer to use one!)
  • Is not “Keto Course” to teach you all the keto concepts and science. This is lighterweight on the keto info side of it, and higher on the habits and long term sustainability side of it. 
  • Is not a prize-based challenge where you will win money/prizes etc. This is a group for people in all stages of their keto journey – Newbies, been keto for a few months and those with lots or little (or even none) to lose. There is more to the journey for many than just weight loss. (It’s been asked where the money goes as some challenges have prizes for most weight loss etc – The money pays for the many, many hours that it takes to create the challenges and the support that I give the members during the challenge)

Frequently Asked Questions

But what actually happens? The challenges/groups are fusing together Keto (or, just eating well) together with the habits that support keto, motivate and (for many) weight loss. We’ve got a weekly check-in (some kind of reflection, along with sharing your weight if you want to) and then challenges that are set, although it’s really flexible, so you can do this when you are able to, and how much you are able to do. Some examples of the daily challenges may be to move for 10 mins, “just eat keto today”, think about setting rewards when you hit milestones, or do something for self-care – Along with a whole lot of keto/eating-related ones throughout. They have more info and support than just the words above, this is just a brief overview of what the challenge might contain.
