Keto Revive – The 6-week challenge to renew your energy, inspiration and motivation while refreshing your mindset, habits, and routine  –  All while eating keto. Perfect for that ever important encouragement and support, whether you are new or experienced with keto.

The next challenge begins on Friday, May 12th. After a successful previous challenge with over 100 joining in, we’re excited to announce our next challenge that many are looking forward to! I’d hate you to miss out! 

This is the 6 week NZ Keto Challenge for those who are wanting to join an amazing, smaller close knit community to share your keto journey whilst being challenged, motivated, encouraged and supported. We will get started on the 12th May and run until the 25th June.

  • A 6 week challenge focusing on things like eating keto, getting moving, mindset and more to boost that accountability, encouragement and support! Reviving your journey, whether it’s needing a boost, to restart or start for the first time.

I asked a Feb 2023 Challenge participant, who didn’t lose anything due to life circumstances during it this question – “Knowing what you know now and having done it, would you still have signed up for the challenge?” 

The answer was a short “Heck yes”

This IS: 

  • A community of peer support in a small safe place
  • A place for those who are eating keto or trying to eat keto – We are focusing on keto for those who are wanting to have the support of others eating this way.
  • A group with limited numbers – We don’t want to create the biggest community in the world. We want to create the most supportive, most connecting and most motivational community (but, still enough people to have fantastic conversations and motivation!)
  • Appropriate whether you’ve been eating keto for a while or are 100% brand new! 

All I can say is the support Hannah offers and provides is amazing. I have joined weight loss challenges before through fb and online and they were a bust.  Also the knowledge and advice she gives is so educational, I have learnt a lot about keto and the science behind it.  She provides a safe open space for anyone wanting motivation, help and to learn about the ketogenic lifestyle.

 Anon Feb 2023 Challenge

This (isn’t):

  • Is not an overwhelming challenge – You can make it fit your lifestyle whether it’s busy, peaceful, whether you can exercise or not! BUT,  you need to be in a place where you can commit to it and give it your best as well as having a just a little time that you can put aside for it.
  • Is not challenge with a meal plan – But, there is lots of support given to help you create one that you love (plus a free one is suggested)!
  • Is not a prize based challenge where you will win money/prizes etc.This is a group for people in all stages of their keto journey – Newbies, been keto for a few months and those with lots or little (or even none) to lose. There is more to the journey for many than just weight loss.
