Just imagine if this summer, and every summer to come, wasn’t a complete “write off” in terms of creating a life that supports where you want to head.
This is Summer Support – A lighter, relaxed way to stay connected, encouraged, and on track for 12 weeks over the summer months. It’s designed to give you steady support, simple inspiration and gentle challenges that you can adjust up or down depending on how busy (or chilled!) your summer ahead looks.
We’ll be officially starting on the 1st December – but join ASAP as it’ll be up and going a few days before. We’ll go through til the 23rd Feb. It’s more flexible than the 6-week challenges we’ve done – a challenge for the week (and one for the weekend), along with the most amazing community to help you develop or stay connected with your habits while still enjoying everything summer has to offer. Perfect whether you are eating keto, low-carb (or even just trying to eat “well”) to give you that accountability, support, inspiration, and encouragement.
This is the place for those who want to join an amazing, smaller, close-knit community to share your keto journey whilst being challenged, motivated, encouraged and supported.

But what actually happens? The challenges are fusing together Keto together with the habits that support keto, motivate and (for many) weight loss. We’ve got a weekly check-in (some kind of reflection, along with sharing your weight if you want to) and then daily challenges that are set, although it’s really flexible, so you can do this when you are able to, and how much you are able to do. Some examples of the daily challenges may be to move for 10 mins, “just eat keto today”, think about setting rewards when you hit milestones, or do something for self-care – Along with a whole lot of keto/eating-related ones throughout. They have more info and support than just the words above, this is just a brief overview of what the challenge might contain.
What is “Keto Fusion”? Is this the same as the Keto Momentum challenge? It’s just the names that I’ve decided to call the challenges right now. The two challenges aren’t the same but a very similar format. It has (mostly) different posts for each challenge. At the moment, I am going to be running Keto Fusion and Keto Momentum Challenges one after another so there are differences if you do one challenge after the next. Although, it could yet change from that current idea too!
