But what actually happens? The challenges fuse together your chosen style of eating with the core mindset and daily habits that drive long-term success and momentum (and for many, weight loss). We’ve got a weekly check-in (some kind of reflection, along with sharing your weight if you want to) and then and daily challenges designed to be completely flexible.  Some examples of the daily challenges may be to move for 10 mins, “change one thing about your eating that fits your goals today” think about setting rewards when you hit milestones, or do something for self-care – Along with a whole lot of eating-related ones throughout.  

I’ve seen different challenge names…  What are they Don’t worry—the core structure you love stays the same! I like to change up the names and themes as the challenges evolve to keep things exciting. The May challenge is the Motivate ChallengeI typically rotate between a couple of different styles throughout the year (previously known as Fusion and Momentum). This ensures that if you choose to sign up for consecutive challenges, you get a fresh mix of daily focuses and challenges to work on, rather than just repeating the exact same things!  

For August 2026, this is very similar to the Fusion Challenge from Feb and August 2025 if you participated in that. At the moment, I have two challenges. Feb and August are very similar, as are May and October.
