We’ll be starting on the 12th May and going through til the 23rd June. This challenge is a fusion of keto with a safe community, motivation, habits, personal accountability, support, encouragement, inspiration, connection, challenge and a heap of fun supporting a snowball effect of momentum across your life!!
This is the 6 week Keto NZ Challenge for those who are wanting to join an amazing, smaller close knit community to share your keto journey whilst being challenged, motivated, encouraged and supported.

But what actually happens? The challenges are fusing together Keto together with the habits that support keto, motivate and (for many) weight loss. We’ve got a weekly check-in (some kind of reflection, along with sharing your weight if you want to) and then daily challenges that are set, although it’s really flexible, so you can do this when you are able to, and how much you are able to do. Some examples of the daily challenges may be to move for 10 mins, “just eat keto today”, think about setting rewards when you hit milestones, or do something for self-care – Along with a whole lot of keto/eating-related ones throughout. They have more info and support than just the words above, this is just a brief overview of what the challenge might contain.
What is “Keto Momentum”? Is it a new type of Keto? It’s just the name I’ve decided to call the challenge this time, and it has a momentum theme to it.
Is this the same as the Keto Fusion challenge? No. It has a very similar format, but has (mostly) new posts for this challenge. At the moment, I am going to be running Keto Fusion and Keto Momentum Challenges one after another so there are differences if you do one challenge after the next. Although, it could yet change from that current idea too!
